Terms & Conditions
For smooth running of all jobs and relationships between Limelight Creative (LLC) and you, the customer, we have defined some basic terms and conditions as follows. Basic terms of engagement: (These are provided as an aid to understanding the complete terms and conditions and as such, are inferior and so do not negate those terms.)
1/ Any instructions received by LLC from the customer for the supply of services shall constitute a binding contract and acceptance of the complete terms and conditions.
2/ Payment is required in full full on or before 7 days from date of invoice unless otherwise agreed to in writing by LLC. Part-payments may be requested if the job is expected to be ongoing or of significant cost to LLC.
3/ Any additional services required by the customer above that which is quoted for, or following the issue of a complete invoice, will incur an additional fee determined by the current amount such services are sold by LLC at the time of the contract.
4/ Where no price is stated in writing or agreed to orally the services shall be deemed to be sold at the current amount as such services are sold by LLC at the time of the contract.
5/ All amounts quoted are exlucivse of GST unless stated. Quotes are valid for 30 days from issue date.
6/ LLC reserves the right to, at any time, discontinue work if the product matter or manner of advertising is deemed by LLC to be in conflict with our business ethics.
7/ It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all information they provide for use in the final product provided by LLC is their own work and does not breach any copyright terms.
8/ A link will be placed on the bottom of each page of any website designed by LLC. This link will state “Website designed by Limelight Creative” and will link to the LLC site. This link must remain in place for as long as you use the designs created by LLC.
9/ Any outstanding payments may be handed over to a collection agency. Any debt collection and legal fees will be added to your account.
